Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, shape, and finish are part of the unique character of our ceramic sculptures, jewellery, and tableware. For this reason, we only accept returns for items that arrive faulty or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Colour, shape, or glaze variations

  • Any item damaged through misuse or accidental breakage after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow standard bank processing times for funds to appear.

Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved for a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
